2-26-26   THOUGHTS

I want to be a soul that waits for the Lord ALL THE DAY!  “According to Your loving kindness, remember me...”!  God’s love and compassion and goodness toward us is drawing in its nature.  May this drawing love sway our hearts and minds to serve You with joy and gladness.   1John 4:19   “We love, because He first loved us.”  

Ps 25:1-7   To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul.  2  O my God, in You I trust, Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies exult over me. 3  Indeed, none of those who wait for You will be ashamed; Those who deal treacherously without cause will be ashamed. 4  Make me know Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths. 5  Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day. 6  Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, For they have been from of old. 7  Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; According to Your lovingkindness remember me, For Your  goodness’ sake, O LORD.

Our Prayer:
Thanksgiving and praise to the God of all creation.  Help us to love You with all of our heart, soul and mind.  Father, lead us in Your truth and teach us moment by moment to walk in Your paths.  Remember us out of Your lovingkindness.   Lift up our souls and help us to wait all the day on You.  We give You thanks for the gift of Jesus, our saving one.  We pray in His name,   Amen.
